Station Board

Station Board turns a station TV into a no-login display. Design boards on a 1920×1080 canvas with 20 widgets, rotate up to three slides, and publish through a private launch link you can rotate and restrict to your station’s network. Live widgets refresh every 30 seconds. Station Board requires Core, Integrations, and Time Clock.

End-to-end workflow

Design and launch a station display

  1. 1

    Confirm Core, Integrations, and Time Clock are enabled.

  2. 2

    Create a board from the Operations, Lobby Welcome, or Engagement template, or start blank.

  3. 3

    Set the accent color, font, and background (color, gradient, image, or slideshow).

  4. 4

    Place widgets across one to three slides and set slide timing and transitions.

  5. 5

    Connect weather, news, Active911, or PSTrax widgets to installed integrations.

  6. 6

    Publish, copy the launch link, and open it full-screen on the TV.

  7. 7

    Restrict the link to your network and rotate it if it is exposed.

Why is a widget unavailable?

Its source module may be off, or the related integration may not be installed and tested.

Does the TV need a login?

No. The TV opens the private launch link. Rotate it or restrict it by network to control access.

Why don’t changes appear instantly?

Boards refresh every 30 seconds.
