Overview of all boards in your department with status (Draft or Live). Create from a template or blank canvas, edit, duplicate, publish, unpublish, or delete with one click.

Board Editor

Drag-and-drop designer with multi-slide support (up to 3 rotating slides), widget placement and resizing, undo/redo history, theme customization, and background settings.

Public Display Mode

A clean, full-screen display for station monitors. Slides auto-rotate, data polls live, and Active911 alerts trigger immediate full-screen takeovers.

Live Data Widgets

On-duty roster from Clock-In, today's shifts from Scheduling, announcements, engagement leaderboard from Credits, weather, radar, local news, and Active911 alerts.

Content Widgets

QR codes, digital clocks, custom images, and free-form text blocks. Mix live data with static content on any slide.

Theme Customization

Customize colors, fonts, and accents per board. Set solid backgrounds, background images, or image slideshows to match your station.

IP Whitelisting

Restrict which networks can view a public board link. Rotate public tokens at any time to immediately revoke old display links without changing the board.

Per-Station Control

Station Board can be enabled or disabled independently for each station in your department, giving different stations different display configurations.

Key Concepts

Multi-Slide Rotation

Each board supports up to 3 slides that automatically rotate on a configurable interval. One monitor can cycle through staffing, weather, and announcements without any manual interaction.

Live Data Polling

Station Board actively polls for updated data at regular intervals. On-duty rosters, shift schedules, and alert feeds update in real time without requiring a page refresh.

Alert Takeover

When an Active911 CAD alert fires, the board immediately interrupts normal display with a full-screen alert overlay. The overlay clears automatically after a configurable period or can be dismissed manually.
