Portal Dashboard
Members clock in and out from the web, see their own status, view the Who's On Duty roster, and track their weekly hours at a glance.
My Time
Personal time entry history with status filters (On Duty, Completed, Flagged) plus shift notes for context on each entry.
Records Admin
Admins manage all department time records: manual entries, editing, deletion, flagging for review, and force clock-outs for members who forgot to log off.
Reports
Department-wide time reports with member, role, and method filters. Export as PDF or CSV with full role breakdowns for payroll or compliance.
Face ID Clock-In
Client-side face descriptor generation encrypted server-side. Faces are never stored raw. Members train their own profile; admins approve, reset, or disable access. Touchless kiosk clock-in.
Kiosk Visual Editor
A drag-and-drop designer for the station monitor. Place widgets like clocks, on-duty lists, and weather forecasts, then set backgrounds and themes without code.
Kiosk Terminal
A full-screen dedicated kiosk mode at the station with three clock-in methods: Username/Password, PIN code, or Face ID scan.
Configurable Settings
Set the work week start day, clock-in methods allowed, auto-flag thresholds for missing clock-outs, and export format preferences.
Under the Hood
Key Concepts
The kiosk supports Username/Password, PIN code, and Face ID. Departments can enable any combination. Face ID is fully client-side with descriptors encrypted before leaving the device.
If a member clocks in but never clocks out past a configured threshold, the record is automatically flagged for admin review, preventing silent timekeeping gaps.
When the Credits module is also enabled, Clock-In entries can automatically generate credit records based on duration, station, or shift type, eliminating manual award entry for attendance.
