At a Glance

• Your Organization owns its data. We process it to provide the Service, and we never sell it.
• Station Clipboard supports emergency operations; it does not run them. The Command Portal does not replace radios, dispatch, your accountability system, or the incident commander. In an emergency, call 911.
• Your Organization is the NERIS reporting entity. Nothing is sent to NERIS until an authorized person sends it, and your Organization is responsible for what it reports.
• Face clock-in is optional. We store an encrypted face template, never a photo, and destroy it on a published schedule.
• No advertising. No ad trackers, no third-party analytics, and no sale or sharing of personal information for advertising.

Requests and Questions

• Privacy requests: members, applicants, and residents should start with their Organization. You can also email hello@stationclipboard.com with the subject line "Privacy Request."
• Face clock-in: ask your Organization's administrator to reset your enrollment, or email us with the subject line "Biometric Request."
• Signed copies: Organizations that need a signed Data Processing Addendum, or terms reviewed for a public entity, can email us.
• Security concerns: email hello@stationclipboard.com with the subject line "Security."
