How does a callout get covered?
A manager escalates through tiers of qualified, available members. Each gets a cover request, and the first qualified member to accept is assigned.
Can members trade shifts on their own?
A member requests a trade with a specific colleague, who must accept. Department settings decide whether a manager also approves.
Where do members submit availability?
Under My Availability, before the period’s deadline. Saved patterns can be reused.
