Create and publish a Station Board

Build rotating station-TV slides, publish, and protect the launch link.

Create the board

  1. Open Settings → Station Board.
  2. Start from the Operations, Lobby Welcome, or Engagement template, or a blank board.
  3. Choose the accent color, font, and background.
  4. Place widgets on up to three slides and set each slide’s time and transition.
  5. Publish.

Open it on the TV

Copy the launch link and open it full-screen on the station TV. No login is needed on the display. The board refreshes every 30 seconds.

Protect the link

Treat the link like a password. Restrict it to your station’s IP addresses or CIDR ranges, and rotate it if it’s exposed. After rotating, update every TV with the new link.

Widgets

20 widgets cover on-duty staffing, unit status, today’s schedule, recent Active911 calls, weather and radar, PSTrax readiness, announcements, the credits leaderboard, news, text, images, logo, QR codes, and banners. Live widgets depend on their modules and integrations.
