Key Concepts

Member Categories & Goals

Members are assigned to categories such as Volunteer, Career, Officer, or Exempt, each with specific credit goals. This lets you set different expectations for different member types in one system.

Credit Requests Workflow

Members submit requests with notes and custom field data. Requests enter a pending queue for auditor review before credits are officially awarded, maintaining a clean audit trail.

Time Clock Automation

When the Clock-In module is active, rules can automatically convert time entries into credits based on duration, station, or shift type. Members get credit for showing up without any extra steps.
