Use Sparky, the portal AI assistant

Get permission-aware help and confirm every change before it happens.

Is Sparky available to you?

Sparky is off by default. It must be enabled for the platform and turned on by your department under Settings → AI Assistant. Departments can use Google Gemini (the default) or OpenAI.

What Sparky can help with

Sparky answers portal questions, helps you find pages, looks up records you’re allowed to see, and reads attached PDF or image files. It can prepare changes in Core (limited), Time Clock, Credits, Quartermaster, Assets (workspaces and records, including imports of up to 100 rows), Training, and Corrections. For Integrations, Station Board, Scheduling, and Incident Reporting it only explains how things work.

Permission-aware answers

Sparky works within your roles and your department’s enabled modules. If you lack access, it tells you which permission is needed so an administrator can decide.

Every change needs your confirmation

You stay in control

Sparky shows each change and waits for you to confirm before anything is saved.
