Clock in, clock out, and correct time records

Use Time Clock on the portal or a station kiosk and handle missed clock-outs.

Clock in from the portal

  1. Open Time Clock.
  2. Choose a job or station if asked.
  3. Select Clock in.
  4. Check that your on-duty status appears.

If clock-in is blocked, you may have announcements or resources to acknowledge first. Complete them and try again.

Use a station kiosk

At the kiosk, identify yourself with the method your department allows: password, PIN, or face. Choose the job or station if asked, and confirm the clock-in or clock-out.

Review your time

Open Time Clock → My Time Entries to see your hours, entries, and notes.

If you forgot to clock out

Tell an administrator or timekeeper. Open entries past the department’s threshold (18 hours by default) are flagged. An authorized person can force the clock-out and correct the time; the change stays in the entry’s history.

For administrators

Time Clock settings control clock-in methods and the roles allowed to use each one, jobs, station selection, availability statuses, and the required-reads gate. Editing other members’ entries, forcing clock-outs, and exporting reports are separate permissions.
