Open the check
Open Checklists and tap the unit’s card. Checks that are due or missed are marked. If a check is claimed by another member, only they can log items until it’s released.
Log items in batches
- Mark each item: pass or fail, a quantity, a reading, a date, text, or a choice.
- Scan an item’s barcode to jump to it.
- Tap Log Checks to save what you’ve marked. Crewmates can log other items on the same check.
Readings outside their limits are marked as failed automatically.
Report a failure
When you fail an item, add the required note and photos (up to 10) describing what’s missing, damaged, expired, or low. A failed item raises an alert to the people responsible, who can mark the unit out of service and track the repair.
SCBA checks
SCBA checks go seat by seat: pack, cylinder, and facepiece, with PSI readings and air-fill logging.
Weak signal
Answers are queued on your device and sent when the connection returns. Photos need a connection. Keep the page open until everything is sent.
Finish
When everything is logged, the check shows complete. Your department may require a typed-name attestation or supervisor review.
