Respond to a correction or shift notice email

Acknowledge, respond, or ask for a re-review from the link in your email — no login needed.

Open the link

When an officer returns a report or sends a shift notice, you get an email with a personal link. Open it — you don’t need to sign in. The page shows the reason, the report number or shift date, and the Respond by date.

Answer

Depending on the case type, you can:

  • Acknowledge that you received the notice.
  • Respond with your account of what happened.
  • Request a re-review after you fix the report, with notes about what you changed.

Submit. You’ll see a confirmation, and the officer is notified.

Reminders

If you don’t answer, reminders are sent automatically (every 24 hours by default), and the sender is alerted after several reminders. Answer promptly to stop them.

If the link doesn’t work

“This link is no longer valid” usually means the case is closed or you already answered. Sign in and check My Corrections, or contact the officer who sent it.

Not a disciplinary record

Corrections track returned reports and notices. Disciplinary matters are handled in HR Info.
