Create a dependable equipment register

   Create a workspace from a template (Apparatus Fleet, SCBA, Medical Inventory, Turnout Gear & PPE, Technology) or from scratch.

   Configure fields, including expiration, barcode, personnel, station, and apparatus fields.

   Add records one at a time, in bulk, or from a CSV import you review first.

4. 4

   Set expiration reminder thresholds and recurring maintenance tasks.

5. 5

   Work the Due Work list and log service.

6. 6

   Review each record’s files, history, and alerts, and export CSV when needed.

Before your department relies on it

   Start with one workspace and name an owner for its data.

   Use a stable identifier or barcode for each record.

   Keep station and apparatus lists current under Settings → General.

   Set required fields and expiration thresholds before importing.

   Test permissions with a normal member role.

   Use Checklists, not Assets, for inspections.
