Vote in an officer election

Cast your secret ballot, save your receipt, and check that your ballot was counted.

Find your ballot

When voting opens you’ll get a notification. Open Elections → My Ballots and choose the election. If you see “Not eligible,” you aren’t on the voter roll; contact the election administrator.

Make your choices

  1. For each race, follow the instructions: pick one, pick several, or rank candidates.
  2. You can write in someone not on the ballot if allowed; a write-in uses one of your votes in that race.
  3. You can abstain from a race.
  4. Review, then submit.
You can’t change a submitted ballot

Review carefully before you submit. Each member votes once.

Save your receipt

After you submit, you get a ballot code. Copy and keep it. Later you can use Is my ballot still in the box? to confirm your ballot is included.

Your vote is secret

Ballots are stored with no voter name, no timestamp, and no identifier. Results are counted after voting closes and published once certified.
