What credits are
Credits are points for department activity. Your department decides the activities, their values, the approval rules, your categories and goals, and when periods reset.
Check your progress
Open Credits → My Credits to see your history and progress toward each goal for the current period. You may have more than one goal if you belong to several categories. The leaderboard and prizes appear only if your department turns them on.
Request credit
- Start a credit request.
- Choose the activity.
- Enter the date, amount, and any required notes or fields.
- Submit and follow its approval status.
Automatic awards
Time Clock rules can award credit for completed shifts. If an expected award is missing, make sure the shift was clocked out, then ask a credits manager to check the rule. Other automatic awards exist only if your department built a Workflow for them.
