Reset a forgotten password

1. On the sign-in page at go.stationclipboard.com, select Forgot password?
2. Enter the requested account details.
3. Open the reset email and follow the link.
4. Choose a new password, then sign in.

If you can’t get to the email on your profile, ask a department administrator to reset your password from Personnel.

Change your password

Open My Profile and choose the password option, or go straight to your personal settings and open the Password tab. Enter your current password and the new one twice.

Set up two-factor authentication

1. Open My Profile → Two-factor authentication (the Two-factor auth tab in personal settings).
2. Choose an authenticator app or email codes.
3. Follow the prompts and enter the verification code.
4. Save your backup codes somewhere private. Each one lets you in once if you lose your device.

Still locked out?

Contact a department administrator. They can reset your password or check whether your account is disabled. Station Clipboard Support can’t bypass your department’s access controls.
