Update your profile
Open My Profile to review your contact details, certifications, and other information your department keeps. Some fields can only be changed by an administrator.
Personal settings
Your personal settings have tabs for Appearance, Password, Two-factor auth, Notifications, Calendar, and Calendar import. Open them from My Profile.
Change the theme
- Open the Appearance tab.
- Choose Light, Dark, or System (matches your device).
Your choice is saved to your account.
How notifications reach you
In-app notifications appear under the bell. Depending on the action and your settings, you may also get email or, in the mobile app, push notifications. Email delivery is best-effort, so the action itself still happens even if an email fails.
