When to ask
If your department runs a process that none of the current modules covers — for example, hose testing by length and station, or a junior firefighter program — Station Clipboard can scope a custom module that runs in the same portal, with the same roles and member accounts.
Send the request
- Go to the contact page.
- Choose Custom Module Request as the subject.
- Describe what you need to track or run.
- List the tools you use today (paper, a spreadsheet, another app).
- Say who will use it (officers, all members, the public) and your timeline.
- Send the form. The team will follow up to scope it.
Make the request useful
- Attach or describe the form or spreadsheet you use now.
- Explain who approves what.
- Mention any reports you must produce.
A request isn’t a commitment to build or a quote. The team will talk through scope and timing with you.
