Work with HR Info records

Prepare, approve, issue, and acknowledge confidential HR records.

What HR Info holds

HR Info (in the Officer Hub) keeps performance plans, progressive discipline, leave of absence, and coaching notes. Each record keeps its documents, statements, and history together.

Confidentiality

Each record is standard, restricted, or highly restricted, and medical documents have separate access. Nobody sees records about themselves on the officer side. Opening a restricted record is logged.

Prepare, approve, issue

  1. Open HR Info → Records and create a record from a template.
  2. Preview what the member will read.
  3. Submit it for approval if required (the default for plans, discipline, and leave).
  4. The approver corrects it, approves and issues it, or sends it back with a note.

Terminations are not shared with the member by default because they are delivered in person.

For members: acknowledge a record

Open My HR Records, read the record, and confirm receipt. Acknowledging confirms you received it. If you refuse, an officer can record that.

Legal hold

Legal hold blocks deletion

A record on legal hold can’t be deleted. Only authorized officers should change it.
