Are meetings recorded?
No. Meet has no recording, transcription, or AI summaries.
How many people can join?
Up to 16 by default. Departments can raise the limit, but video works best with about eight cameras on.
Can someone without an account join?
Only if guest links are turned on. Guests wait in the lobby until a host admits them.
