Which modules are included in the Department Portal?

The Department Portal has 24 modules — Core plus 23 optional modules covering people, field operations, communication, and administration. Modules are added to your plan as your department needs them, and your administrators turn them on when you’re ready. Contact us for pricing.

Can I enable only the features my department needs?

Yes. Each module can be turned on or off independently, so your portal stays clean and relevant. Many departments start with Core, Scheduling, Time Clock, and Checklists, then add Training, Chat, Incident Reporting, or Payroll later.

How long does setup take?

Most departments are up and running within a day. We help with initial configuration, walk you through the modules you need, and are available to answer questions as your team onboards.

Is there a contract or long-term commitment?

No long-term contracts. Station Clipboard is subscription-based and built to earn your department's business every month. Contact us for current pricing and plan details.

Can I request a live demo?

Is the portal secure?

Yes. Core includes secure authentication, role-based access control, and data protection so your department's information stays safe while allowing authorized users to collaborate.

Do you build custom modules?

Yes. Beyond configuring modules, roles, and settings, we build custom modules for workflows our catalog doesn’t cover. Choose “Custom Module Request” in the form above and tell us what you need.

Where do members log in?

Every department signs in at go.stationclipboard.com with its Organization ID, a username, and a password. For anything else, use the form above, email hello@stationclipboard.com, or call (979) 341-9333.
